Use the following process as a first step for resolving Java issues. If this process does not fix your particular concern, it may be necessary to uninstall all currently installed versions of Java on your computer and reinstalling only the latest or desired Java version. After doing this, it may also be necessary to run the Java batch file again.

Note: Running the batch file removes the need for deleting Java temporary files.
